JOJO'S LITTLE SECRET

Many would assume that I knew how to cook jollof rice. I mean, why wouldn't they? I have been eating this dish my entire life and it is one of my favorites. However, I'd been walking around with a terrible secret: I had no clue how to create this masterpiece of a dish! This all changed a couple days ago when Mandip and Sabrina came over. With the help of my sister, Jen, we were all able to go to sleep that night having mastered this new recipe. It was absolute fun making it and even more fun eating it afterwards!
