I love me some Empanadas!

I am so grateful that Sabrina’s mom taught us how to make empanadas because it tastes so good. I had never known the long process of making empanadas because I always thought it was quick and easy. Making empanadas is a tedious job and despite the tutorial, I think I’m just going to have to go to Sabrina’s house for these empanadas. The coolest part of the whole process was when Sabrina’s mom used a cup to shape the empanadas in the “moon” shape that they have. Also, her mom told us that she used to make empanadas and sell them when she was young. That to me is really awesome, considering the job is so difficult. I’m glad I got to share Sabrina’s culture and I did it in the best way, by eating food!
