EMPANADAS POR FAVOR!

The single most exciting part of this entire experience: empanadas. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE empanadas. So, to finally learn how to make them is a huge deal for me! Sabrina's mother's recipe was 100 percent the best empanadas I have ever eaten. They were so good, that I had 3 in a row! Although Sabrina's mother made it look easy, there is a lot that goes into creating this popular snack. From prepping the meat and peppers to making sure the texture of the flour is just right, there were quite a few steps to follow.

I might have to watch the video a couple more times before I attempt them on my own, but I defintely do look forward to having them again!
