Barranquilla's Carnival

One of the biggest parades to occur every year second to the Rio de Janeiro Carnival is Barranquilla's. Barranquilla's Carnival is a 4 day long parade filled with music, dance, food, entertainment, and shopping. It is one of the many pre-Lent celebrations that occur worldwide and it is located in Colombia's northern coast city of Barranquilla. Yet Barranquilla's carnival standouts from others due to that it was specially designated by UNESCO as "a Masterpice of Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity".
